William is a Senior Research Project Officer at RECOVER Injury Research Centre at The University of Queensland.
Since joining the RECOVER team in March 2025, William drives innovative injury research through project coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement. His work bridges research and practice to improve health outcomes.
He graduated from The University of Queensland in 2020 with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). He holds a PhD in psychology (2025) from the University of Southern Queensland, where his research on psychological distress in cardiac surgery patients, particularly in rural and remote areas, deepened his expertise in healthcare recovery.
