Sarah completed her BPhty in 1995 at The University of Queensland and has extensive experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. In 2015 Sarah moved into managing clinical research trials, working with Dr Anna Hatton at The University of Queensland and The Queensland University of Technology to look at the effect of textured shoe insoles on the balance and walking in people with Multiple Sclerosis.

Sarah joined the RECOVER team in November 2017. She will be working with Professor Michele Sterling to manage both the Whiplash ImPaCt randomised controlled trial and the Trauma-focused CBT and exercise for chronic whiplash randomised controlled trial, as well as coordinating activities for the CRE in Recovery Following Road Traffic Injuries

Sarah also works part-time as a clinical physiotherapist and loves to keep active by cycling, swimming and running.
