Chris is a Research Fellow in Musculoskeletal Injury at RECOVER Research Injury Centre. Chris has worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist for a decade in a rehabilitation hospital, with expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiac rehabilitation.
Chris lectured and currently holds an adjunct position at the University of New England as a Lecturer in Clinical Exercise Physiology; focussed on musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He has a mixed-research background, including sports biomechanics and health and social outcomes following road traffic injury. Chris led the development of the new Australian Whiplash Guidelines for health professionals.
Chris joined the RECOVER team in February 2024 and will continue research in the management of whiplash injury.
